1 sliced Capsicum

8-10 French Beans thinly sliced
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp Hot & Sweet Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
Salt to taste
Oil for Deep fry

解信

因明白道理而產生的信心,是「解信」;在正行的過程中,漸漸體驗到佛法修行對自己的好處,而產生更深一層的信心,就是「證信」。「證信」的程度有深有淺:深的,禪宗稱為開悟,即見性;淺的,是除煩惱,讓我們在平常生活之中不會再有這麼多的煩惱。僅有正知正見要完成證信很難,多半的人都要通過正行才能證明,而覺得佛法真的很有用!

佛法的實踐,必須以戒、定、慧三無漏學為基礎。戒的意思是,應該做的必須做,不應該做的不能做。什麼是不應該做的?增加生死、煩惱種種業的事;什麼是應該做的?有助於出離三界生死的功德,也就是戒、定、慧。

定的意思是心不隨處、隨時攀緣造業。我們的心不安定,很容易被環境中的人、事、物影響而造惡業,若能不隨之起舞,這就是修定。此時你對自己會知道得更清楚,煩惱也會減少一些,就能與慧相應;雖然還沒有發生真正的智慧,但是是相應的。

若從戒、定、慧延伸來講,就是布施、持戒、忍辱、精進、禪定和智慧六波羅蜜。「波羅蜜」是「度」的意思,是從煩惱的苦海到達解脫的涅槃。「六度」不僅是度眾生,還要度自己,是自度度人、自利利他,不但讓自己的煩惱不再生起,也讓他人沒有煩惱。

佛法要透過身、口、意來實踐:不僅身體不做壞事,還要積極行善;不僅口不出惡言,還要積極讚歎功德;不僅心不動壞念頭,還要生起智慧心和慈悲心。也就是以身、口、意修戒、定、慧,除貪、瞋、癡。

修行並沒有特定時間,而是在生活之中的每一個時刻。時時刻刻留心自己的身體、自己的話語是否與佛法相應,還要時時刻刻留心自己的心念是否與佛法的戒、定、慧,以及布施、持戒、忍辱、精進、禪定、智慧等相應,若三業與佛法相應就是修行。

所以修行不一定要到廟裡,整天敲木魚念阿彌陀佛,那只是一種修行法,不是修行的全部,而應該是在平常生活之中隨時照顧自己的身、口、意三業,使之與戒、定、慧三學及六波羅蜜相應。

修行的目的在培養慈悲心和智慧心

修行的目的是要改善自己的心和行為,讓自己有慈悲與智慧;所謂慈悲就是菩提心,而智慧就是出離心。

菩提心是利益眾生的心,是學習諸佛自利利他的精神,學習菩薩不為自己求安樂、但願眾生得離苦的願心,如此就是修行菩薩道,而能永遠地修行下去,就成佛了。出離心是出離煩惱的心,不讓自己再因貪欲、瞋恨、懷疑、憂慮、怨恨或嫉妒而經常煩惱、痛苦、掙扎,否則不會有安全感、安定感,也不會慈悲,更不會有真正的智慧。只要時時想到利益眾生,就一定會有慈悲心、出離心,不然,無論修什麼、怎麼修都沒有用。

因此,念佛的目的也在於鍊心。修念佛法門的人如果不會調理自己的心,只知道形式上的念佛、誦經、拜佛,即使敲破了好多個木魚、數斷了好多串念珠,或是額頭拜出了好幾個疙瘩,甚至於把地面拜出了一個大窟窿,也不一定有用。雖然修行不是只動口念佛,可是因為心鍊不起來,所以還是需要精進念佛讓心安定、清淨,當念佛念得心中沒有煩惱、雜亂,不受內外狀況影響時,慈悲心、智慧心就會出現了。
